Erwin is the Business Development Director for ZMG Ward Howell, Inc. and AsiaPeople Search, Inc. (APS). His main focus is strengthening our presence in the Technology, Industrial, and Engineering sectors.

After obtaining a B.S. Physics degree majoring in Computer Applications from De La Salle University, he started as a Physics teacher and then transitioned to other fields. He joined The Asia Pacific Center for Research as Marketing Development Officer – Enterprise Performance Management Systems, then moved to Epson Phils. Corp. where he spent years in various roles in Product Management.

His employment experience includes commercial roles in consumer-packaged goods companies like Canon Marketing, Asus Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Samsung, and Fujifilm. He then joined Schneider Electric Phils., and stayed for 4 years, his last role being Sales Director for Partner Retail Business Unit and Distribution. In 2018, he helped establish Grunes Energie Systems Corp., a company specializing in process automation and packaged engineering solutions, as VP of Sales and Marketing.
