Yo Oblepias is Associate Director for Finance and Supply Chain. While continuing to grow these industries as part of his sector expertise, he has also handled critical projects among marquee clients within the Real Estate and Industrial sectors. With superb track record and delivery of business objectives, he gained the trust and confidence of stakeholders, and paved the way for new clients in Logistics and FMCG.

Yo joined Ward Howell early in his career, and rejoined the firm after his stint in production at Unilever and Nike. From then on, he has built his credibility as a headhunter, successfully placing C-Level mandates throughout his upward progression from Senior Associate, Consultant, Senior Consultant, to Associate Director.

Yo graduated with a degree in BS Interdisciplinary Business Studies at De La Salle University. He also successfully completed his Master’s in Business Administration from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
