Hernan Saringan is the Chief Finance Officer of ZMG Ward Howell and the VP for Finance and General Affairs for the ZMG Group. Concurrently, Hernan serves as the Chief Finance Officer of Asia Peopleworks, an outsourced staffing company; Asia Select Inc., an HR solutions company, and AsiaPeople Search, a mid-level volume recruitment firm operating under the ZMG Group.   He has over three decades of experience as finance professional.

Prior to joining the ZMG Group, Hernan was the Financial Controller of Mabuhay Philippines Satellite Corporation and Steel Asia Manufacturing Corporation. He spent 5 years at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation where he was the Budget Officer at the Head Office and was later transferred to Steniel Manufacturing Corporation as Accounting Manager. He started his career at SGV & Company as a Senior Associate for Audit Assurance Services.

He joined ZMG Ward Howell in 2002, overseeing the financial operations of the Company which includes finance, accounting, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax management, and property management.  He also oversees the Information, Communication and Technology Department of the Company.

He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.
