James has almost 15 years of recruitment experience ranging from volume recruitment to executive searches. He is experienced in utilizing methodologies in different domains such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Logistics and other search requirements. Prior to re-joining the group, James was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Reckitt, handling recruitment activities for both commercial and non-commercial roles and drove the Great Place to Work Certification for the organization. He was also a Talent Advisor for Unilever, leading Strategic Talent Acquisition plans, and developing market insights to influence and determine resourcing decisions.
