Jeff is driven, strategic thinker and high spirited professional with over 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation in various industries such as audit, hospitality, food and beverage, wellness and supply chain. He has a firm grasp of the fundamentals of budgeting, financial analysis, compliance, risk management and accounting standards. He ensures that his decisions are financially sound, both in regard to resources available and regulatory compliance. Jeff is the Financial Controller of ZMG Ward Howell and AsiaPeople Search. He is concurrently the Financial Controller of Asia Select, Inc., an HR solutions company operating under the ZMG Group.

He started his professional career in public practice at P&A Grant Thornton then he eventually moved to private practice. He worked his way up through the ranks to top leadership role in Cabalen Group, a local heirloom restaurant with multiple branches nationwide. He focused on result delivery, guest satisfaction and retention, and people management in international hotel chains such as InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Radisson Hotels Group (RHG). He handled local hotels too under the management group of Hospitality Innovators Inc.



Jeff is Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated Cum Laude at the Philippine School of Business Administration with the degree of BS Accountancy.
