“Natasha “Tash” Dario is an Assistant Director for ZMG Ward Howell, Inc. and leads the ICT, Cybersecurity, and Analytics practice, bringing over 12 years of global experience in Talent Acquisition and strategic talent delivery. She has supported organizations across APAC, EMEA, and North America, partnering with clients in diverse sections including Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Retail, Luxury, Information Technology, Entertainment, Finance and Accounting, Pharmaceuticals. Tash plays a key role focusing on both international markets and strategic local clients through managed recruitment solutions.

Prior to joining the ZMG Group, Tash built her career with globally recognized organizations such as Korn Ferry, Alexander Mann Solutions, and Netflix. Across these roles, she developed deep expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition, global delivery operations, stakeholder management, and building high-performing recruitment teams.

Tash holds a double degree in Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts degree in Guidance and Counseling from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila.”
