Executive Vice President

Regina Zulueta-Perlas is the Executive Vice President for ZMG Ward Howell and Asia PeopleWorks, and a member of the ZMG Group Board of Directors, concurrently she is the President and CEO of Asia Select, Inc.

Prior to this, Regina served as Head of Corporate Affairs where she leads the firm’s stakeholder engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and business sustainability initiatives. In this strategic role, she ensures that the company’s values, mission, and commitments are effectively communicated and upheld across all relationships with clients, partners, employees, and the broader community.

Regina’s career with ZMG Ward Howell began in 2014 as a Management Trainee, where she gained firsthand experience in business operations and leadership under the mentorship of the late Chairman and Founder. This foundational training cultivated a strong understanding of the company’s legacy, client-centric culture, and long-term vision.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management, majoring in Hotel Administration, from Enderun Colleges, and completed internships in Hong Kong and Bordeaux, France, enhancing her global perspective and professional versatility. Regina has also earned MBA units from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), further equipping her with strategic and analytical capabilities essential for corporate leadership
