Regina Zulueta Perlas is the Head of Corporate Affairs at ZMG Ward Howell, Inc. responsible for the company's stakeholder relationship,  corporate social responsibility and business sustainability initiatives.

She was previously Head of Strategic Projects overseeing the effective implementation of branding strategies.

Regina learned the basics of business management from the late chairman and founder as a Management Trainee with the firm in 2014. She has a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management, Major in Hotel Administration from Enderun Colleges with internships in Hong Kong and Bordeaux, France. She earned her MBA units from the Asian Institute of Management.
