Tel is the Group Head of Human Resources managing ZMG Group’s HR functions and the driving force behind the very dynamic people and culture programs of the company. She spearheads initiatives that establish the company’s processes and systems in the areas of employee engagement and communication, talent and performance management, rewards and recognition, learning and development, and process automation.

A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified, her passion and extensive experience in learning and development gave her leverage and commendation to be an expert in her profession.

Tel finished her master’s degree in Education, with a major in Childhood Education, at Miriam College. She is a licensed professional teacher and a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®). Before joining the ZMG Group, she was a Training Manager for Rephil Group of Companies where she managed the engagement and learning and development programs of over 65 gasoline stations nationwide.

Tel is concurrently the Human Resource Business Partner of Asia Select, Inc., an HR solutions company operating under the ZMG Group.
