JR Lopez-Vito is a Director at ZMG Ward Howell. He has 30 years of business experience in sales management, training and development, and executive search with leading global and multinational organizations. He has successfully managed executive search engagements in Telecommunications, IT, Real Estate, Banking, Retail, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Direct Selling, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare industries.



Prior to joining the firm, JR worked ten years in various roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson and Johnson Consumer. He then joined Pepsi-Cola to establish, launch and manage Pepsi University as its founding Administrator. JR also gained international business exposure by working in Guam and the Micronesian region, managing sales and distribution portfolios for global players such as General Mills, Reckitt Benckiser, Ferrero, Mead Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Exxon-Mobil.



JR is a Bachelor of Arts graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University.
