Naisa Santos is a seasoned Director and Practice Head for Financial Services, with close to 20 years of experience in the industry. She oversees all aspects of banking operations, including consumer, corporate, and investment banking, technology, risk management and compliance, and other control and support functions. As a trusted business partner for banks and their parent conglomerates, Naisa guides human capital and corporate strategy requirements to drive growth and profitability.

In addition to her leadership role, Naisa is also a key player in the growth of the Philippines’ FinTech ecosystem. She has successfully led engagements to build and strengthen senior management teams for established and up-and-coming players both locally and in the region.

Naisa is highly regarded in the industry as an expert consultant and advisor to both clients and candidates alike. Over the course of her tenure with her current firm’s banking practice since 2004, she has advised C-level executives, senior managers, and high-potential executives on areas including career mapping, human capital trends, industry insights, and business management.  She has successfully placed C-suites and mid-managers for key positions both locally and abroad.

Throughout her career, Naisa has demonstrated unwavering resilience, having counseled clients and professionals on career opportunities and strategies during periods of instability, including the Philippines' banking consolidation from late-2005 and the global financial crisis of 2007. Through key partnerships with banks, Naisa has built lasting relationships with their parent conglomerates, executing human capital engagements for their affiliated businesses in the energy, utilities, mining, infrastructure, real estate, and retail sectors, among others.

Naisa holds a B.S. degree in Management from De La Salle University, College of St. Benilde, and has completed Executive Education programs at Columbia Business School in New York and Program for Management Development at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
