Last Friday, the ZMG Group came together for a Thank God It’s Fun Friday (T.G.I.F.F) Pinoy Salu-Salo session, a celebration that perfectly encapsulated the spirit of togetherness and Friday fun. Hosted by the dynamic duo, Dana Sawaki and Joshua Pablo, both Career Architects and Employee Engagement Champions from Asia Select, the event was designed to bring employees together for a memorable and engaging experience before capping off the week.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome from Dana and Josh, who set the tone for the day with their infectious energy. As employees arrived at the JMZ Center, they were greeted with smiles and encouraged to mingle and occupy the front seats, ensuring a lively and interactive atmosphere.
Icebreaker Games and Videoke Sessions
One of the highlights of the Pinoy Salu-Salo was the series of icebreaker games organized by the Employee Engagement Champions. These games were not only fun but also served as a great way for employees to bond and get to know each other better. Camille Aguirre, Career Architect from ASI, and Mae Cornejo, Career Architect from ASI, led the games.
In addition to the games, the event featured an open mic videoke session, courtesy of the IT team, Camille, and Mae. This provided a platform for employees to showcase their singing talents and enjoy some light-hearted moments. The videoke sessions were a hit, with many employees taking the mic and entertaining their colleagues with their favorite songs.
A Feast of Filipino Delicacies
No Pinoy celebration is complete without a feast, and the ZMG Group’s Pinoy Salu-Salo was no exception. The event featured a wide array of delicious Filipino dishes, lovingly prepared and contributed by various teams within the organization. From savory dishes to sweet treats, the food was a testament to the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines.
Dana and Josh made sure to acknowledge and thank all the teams who contributed to the feast, including the ZMG Ward Howell Team, Asia Select Team, APWTech Team, Asia Peopleworks Team, and AsiaPeople Search Team. Their efforts in bringing such delectable dishes truly made the event special.
A Day of Gratitude and Togetherness
The Pinoy Salu-Salo was more than just an event; it was a celebration of the ZMG Group’s unity and shared values. Dana and Josh’s engaging hosting, combined with the enthusiastic participation of all employees, made the day a resounding success. The event concluded with a heartfelt thank you from the hosts, expressing gratitude to everyone who made the day possible.
As the ZMG Group looks forward to more such events, the Pinoy Salu-Salo will be remembered as a day of joy, laughter, and togetherness. It was a perfect way to end the week on a high note, leaving everyone eagerly anticipating the next Thank God It’s Fun Friday (T.G.I.F.F.) session.
