The atmosphere was filled with pride and celebration as a video presentation highlighted key milestones in ZMG’s journey. 

To formally kick-off the celebration, Jeannette Zulueta, Chairperson and Co-founder of ZMG Ward Howell (ZMG Group), took the stage with a heartfelt message, sharing a personal story of resilience and gratitude. She concluded by sharing the song “On the Road Again” by Willie Nelson the favorite song of Jesus “Gigi” M. Zulueta (JMZ). The song’s message—embracing change, valuing friendships, pursuing passions, and staying resilient—resonates deeply with ZMG Group’s shared values. It serves as a reflection on the connections and conversations that have guided their journey together over the years, reminding everyone to enjoy the path ahead while cherishing the relationships built along the way. 

In the next video shown, Executive Vice President Regina Zulueta-Perlas of ZMG Ward Howell (ZMG Group)  emphasized the lifelong dedication of the company’s founder, JMZ, to education and community service, a commitment that began during his time at Ateneo de Manila University. She praised his quiet yet impactful contributions, particularly through initiatives like book distribution programs for children, underscoring that JMZ’s legacy continues to shape the organization’s culture and inspire its people. 

Additionally, the organization’s Kalinga Advocates, who are dedicated CSR volunteers, shared their reflections on the personal fulfillment and growth gained from participating in the company’s community initiatives. They discussed their motivations for becoming CSR volunteers and the positive impact these experiences have had on their lives, offering a glimpse into the meaningful work ZMG Ward Howell (ZMG Group) carries out through its CSR efforts. 

Looking toward the future, Group CEO of ZMG Ward Howell (ZMG Group), Alexander M. Genil, shared his vision for the organization’s growth and transformation over the next five to ten years. He outlined plans for substantial revenue growth and expansion into new industries and services. The focus, he said, will be on strengthening organizational capabilities, investing in technology, and prioritizing people development to ensure long-term success and adaptability. 

As part of the 45th anniversary celebration, we partnered with the Tuloy Foundation for a special community outreach event. Held at the foundation’s premises, the day was filled with activities that allowed ZMG volunteers to engage directly with the children. From sports relays to arts and crafts, the volunteers guided and participated in interactive sessions, fostering a sense of camaraderie and connection with the young participants. The culminating activity featured an awarding ceremony, followed by ZMG’s distribution of snacks and a tour of the Tuloy Foundation’s facilities, where the volunteers gained deeper insight into the foundation’s mission of empowering and educating marginalized children.
