Mel is a passionate recruitment professional with almost 20 years of work experience. She is seasoned in end-to-end recruitment, talent insights, sourcing, operational excellence, and employer branding.

Before joining the ZMG Group, she was the Head of Talent Acquisition of Phillip Morris Fortune Tobacco Company (PMFTC, Inc), where she oversaw the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for all functions (manufacturing, commercial & support) in the Philippines. She also previously served as the Manager for Talent Acquisition for Schneider Electric where she showcased her prowess in leading the Operations Team and supporting Talent Acquisition Partners across 13 countries in Asia and Japan, to fill high-level, executive, and critical roles in engineering. Mel graduated with a degree in AB Psychology from Manila Central University.
